Equipment

Since it is wintertime I needed to gear up properly (cue A-team Theme music). While cruising the net I came across

Which is something I would cop if it wasn't £ 34.99 ($62.08 US).

Here is my complete gear breakdown:
running Shoes
winter cap
balcava
gloves
winter running pants
snow cleats
long sleeve shirt
pull up bar
balance disc
2 Dumbells (currently at 30 lbs each)
3 lb weighted gloves
mp3 player

Day one: The guts gotta go Neg-a-ro

It's been a while since updated this, actually I forgot I had started this. Either way, I've stepped up my rugby conditioning and i have have lost 22 lbs/10 kgs I am currently at 196 lbs/ 89 kgs.

Workout
20 minute run
50 Parallel Grip Chin-ups
50 push-ups

And now I may have a school reunion coming up (may being the operative word). So it is definitely time for me to get back in shape. I also feel that it is time that I get serious with doing Parkour or Urban FreeFlow because that is something I would really enjoy doing. And so I have decided to put my day by day progess, meals and results out for everyone to see.

And I figured at some point that while training I might as well grow the fro and get my Darnell Hillman on

to go along with my C.Mayfield beard


But I have decided against the Darnell, I started looking like more like


So that was a no go.

Measurements and before photos

I did not get my measurements but I do know that my weight at this time was 218 lbs. Here is the info I do have.

Height: 5' 8" / 173 cm
Weight: 218 lbs/99 KGs
